Tracy, Nicola, Angie and Cecilia attended the joint MBBRACE-UK, EACH BABY COUNTS and MCQIC Event in Edinburgh and had a stand showcasing the charity's support. We were pleased to hear Scotland is leading the way in regards to reducing stillbirth numbers. The 2015 rate for the whole of the UK for stillbirths and deaths of babies within 28 days of birth was 5.61 per 1,000 live births - a drop from 6.04 in 2013. In Scotland the rate has fallen from 5.43 to 4.72 - the lowest of all the UK nations.
