Grief is exhausting and surviving after the loss of a baby is tough beyond words. Remember you don't have to pretend you are doing ok. It's ok to say "I'm struggling" "I need your help" "today is not a good day". It's ok to take down the mask and expose the real pain by sharing it with others. Don't be afraid to let it out as it doesn't mean you are 'wallowing' - it means you are brave and being honest which your heart and head will appreciate.
Other people want to help as they can't imagine how hard things are for you so let them in, call that friend, contact us or sit down and let the tears flow.
You are doing the best you can but remember you don't have to do it alone
